Our caravan park license allows us to have up to 48 holiday home pitches and prospective tenants are encouraged to visit us and see our park's facilities. Our growing number of holiday homes are interspaced in our beautiful woodland area. We normally have at least one demonstration holiday home on the park which can be viewed by appointment.

We would advise that all our pitches are allocated through Bridlington Caravans who can be contacted on 01723 891715 or 01262 606777. They also have a web site at www.bridlingtoncaravans.com where you may be able to glean further information.

Keys points to note are:

Access to the Park is via an automatic barrier which requires a security card to pass through.
All static units are required to have a burglar alarm fitted at the static owners cost which is linked to our main security system.
Gas central heating is the only form of heating allowed on the Park.
Electric supply is limited to 16amps per static, metered and charged for quarterly.
Wooden veranda's are no longer allowed to be installed.( Must now be metal or UPVC and approved by the Park management).
These are Holiday Homes and as such are only usable 10 months of the year, ( we close on the 4th of January and re-open on the 1st of March. During this time no water is available and electricity may be switched off for maintenance).
There is a height restriction barrier of 1.96m which excludes the use of vehicles with high roofs such as vans or vehicles with roof racks/bicycles on.
