2023 Europa Mulberry

This is our 2023 Europa Mulberry. Its the 38x12ft 2 bedroom version with full gas central heating and double glazing throughout. Its just had fitted a brand new 8ft front wraparound decking, all fully sited and ready to be used! The master bedroom has an ensuite toilet and sink and the main bathroom has a large shower with vanity unit storage.

These have the free standing furniture upholstered with gorgeous colours in the lounge with one of the sofas having a pull out double as an emergency bed if required! There is an electric fire in the lounge aswell as handy storage throughout including a display cabinet with glass shelving.

Its pitched on our new development “The Paddock” which has piped Gas and 32amp electric. All pitches on the Paddock are very spacious pitches with lovely views.

We are a 10 month season from March the 1st to January the 4th and current 2026 site fees are £3300. Which ARE FREE when you purchase this beautiful holiday home
