The Paddock – New Development

Merrylees Park would like to welcome you to our new caravan park extension “ The Paddock” formally a horse paddock with stables. The Paddock has been 3 years of development in to a 30 pitch park surrounded by mature trees with a large pond brimming with life.

All pitches are mainly suitable for 38x12ft holiday homes and extremely spacious for large balconies, piped LPG and space for an outside storage box. There are also a limited number of 40 X 13 pitches available.

The Paddock is strictly an owners park with no sub-letting allowed. This will ensure that the new area is peaceful and tranquil with a security barrier in place and a resident caretaker on site.

Our site rent for 2026 is a very competitive £3300 INC utilities ( water and Rates)

At the moment we have for sale our New Europa Mulberry and Europa Willow. Both superb models that have been our best sellers at Merrylees. We also have some stunning Pre loved holiday homes!.
